💛 Help Us Care for Nancy: A Simple Request for Monthly Support

My name is Paul, and my wife Nancy had a stroke on the 19th of October 2021 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Since moving from Thailand to India in September 2024, I have been taking care of her every day. The medical help we receive here in Nagaland is significantly less than what is available in Chiang Mai. It is slowing down the progress of her recovery. It’s a hard journey, but I do it with love, patience, and faith in God.

Nancy cannot walk or care for herself, and I look after her full time. We live very simply, and I do my best to manage everything with very little money.

We have no hospital support and no transport to go and buy things. I always try to stretch what we have, but sometimes, it’s just not enough.

🧼 What Nancy Needs Each Month

Every month, Nancy needs:

Adult diapers
Incontinence and maternity pads
Disposable bed pads
Soap, tissues, and toilet paper
Insulin and other medicines for diabetes and seizures (about ₹6,000 INR/month)

These items are very important for her health and comfort. Right now, I only have a few diapers left, and we ran out of pads three weeks ago. I try to make one diaper last two days, but it’s not good for Nancy’s health or dignity.

💔 Our Daughter Is Also Missing Out

We also have a daughter, Nimbine Lemchong. She is a brave and loving child, but our situation means she misses many of the things other children enjoy, like toys, school supplies, or little treats. We pray every day for better days ahead.
